I'm off today and so far I haven't done anything too lazy to move because my eye's and fingers are glued in my pc. I usually roam around town just to check new stuffs but not today. I prefer to be home and be lazy all day. Been browsing videos in youtube which really entertain me the most. Tomorrow back to reality work time hope that will not be very busy but I doubt it since it's friday. Oh well, you guys enjoy your Thursday. Stay out of trouble, piz!!

 Hubby cooked Tx chilli today because we're meeting up friends in downtown and we have a potluck party. So, he decided to bring that dish together with tortilas. It's so good especially when it's hot, pour some chees on top and viola! It's really nice to taste chili's texan style hehehe... Hubby is a very good cook and I enjoy every meal he cook for me, every now and then. So, gtg for now because we have to get ready for the party tata!!!

Tommorrow, me and hubby is planning to meetup with his friends in downtown. We're gonna hangout in a bar have some beer and watch the cowboys. Well, it's ok... hehe Im not a huge fan of cowboys. It's funny every morning I listen to the radio while going to work and they're making a big deal when Jessica Simpson went to watch the Cowboys, plus the fact that she wore a pink jersey! Lol.... which is a big NO NO! I don't really care about it but it's on the news all the time. I hope they'll just ignore it lmao no biggieeeeeeeee lol... Now, she will not be there tommorrow, poor Jessica because she'll just watch Tony on TV on tommorrows game... lol...

Since I got bored today, I went to watch Alien vs. Predator and oh boy! I can't believe I watched it lmao... I was scared hehehe I've never seen the first one, never liked it even though I haven't seen it but I decided to see the new one because my son saw this last week and he said it was good. So, I got intrigued and ending up wathcing it lo... I was the only one in the cinema since it's week days everybody is working lmao hehehe... I was scared at first but queber lol.... then I screamed my heart out because some of the scenes are really intense lol... kakaloka!

So, I would like to recommend this one if you haven;t got the chance to check it out on the cinema please do. I recommend for you to watch in the cinema than at home so that feel na feel and the sound is better pa!

Today we cooked a big chunk of brisket and made a very delicious brisket sandwich. The kids enjoy it as well as the cooking. We did not use the outdoor grill we just stuck in the oven instead lol.... It's really nice to do something at home instead of dinning out the past few days we've been going out more often just to entertain the kids since they're off to school but cooking at home is still best for us...

Happy New Year to everyone! This is a good year to start a new life. I have to jot down my New Years resolution for me to be able to really do them lol. I finally got the chance to review my cookbook. It was pretty neat since I got the limited edition of Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook. Well, thanks to my father in law, though for this cool gift hehehe.  Hubby said I got a very cool cookbook, as I review all the recipes Im really impressed because I love the recipies that they have in this cookbook. I have everything Im looking for, it's very cool.

One of the gift I got from my co-worker is a pack of chocolates, geeeeeez chocolate chocolate chocolate! Im a chocoholic but dang don't wanna visit the dentist after this holiday season lol. Mas mahal pa ang paggamot ko kaysa sa mga chocolate na binigay nila jk! This one is special because I can't even OPEN IT! Grrrrrrrrr, parang ayaw ibigay diba?? lol.... hahaha Oh well, ok na ren lmaoooooo at least very thoughtful davah??

To all those people who remembered us on this coming Christmas season, thank you very much! I was surprised that even though you guys are busy you manage to find time, to send all those Christmas cards. How thoughtful of you guys talaga! Im very blessed to have you all as my friends. Hope ya'll are having fun and take it easy on the Christmas planning ehehehe. I know it's a lot of work but Im pretty you guys can handle all the party planning lol.... Merry Christmas!

I got a surprise package from my godmom today! I received a can of chocolate, it was very sweet of her because she always remembers me every Christmas! Im so excited to see my gift hehehe. Im jealous because they are going home waaaaaaaaaaah to celebrate Christmas and New Years there. So, Im pretty sure they are gonna have fun so Im so inggit hmp!

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!!

When I was driving Yesterday morning, it's so foggy. It's very hard to drive when the weather is like that. Plus,  it's very windy and Im freezing to death even though I have my coat on. At work, even we have heaters still Im freezing to death, Im planning to purchase a mini heater to put under my desk lol. It was crazy because I have to work yesterday, I've been running around like crazy my hubbys uncle is in town and I have to meet up mu'hommies from OK, so it's pretty hectic but at the same time exciting.

 

I have nothing to do, just worn out from work and I don't wanna go out with friends, pretty boring right now! Im just watching movies in the computer. I already cleaned the house so all in all Im pretty much done for today...

My goodness, it's freezing cold outside it was 39 degrees and we just went to out to grab something and my cheeks froze lolz. The kids are freezing even to death even though they have jackets on. I have to wear 3 layers today because Im really cold. Our dog keeps on sneezing poor puppy maybe he's still adjusting to the weather. Im hoping that tomorrow will not be freezing cold in the morning since I have to go to work around 8, so it will be difficult to travel when the weather is crazy. Plus, the fact that it's drizzling outside so the coldness is wost than expected.

I can't wait for spring lolz....

My son is so excited to start on his hockey this coming fall. We are all excited as well but I don't like the early bird practice that will really ruined it lol me and my daughter can sleep all day and could care less about waking up at 5am just to be on time for my son's hockey practice. Yeah, that's the time they practice for crying out loud I hope it will be around 3 or so, that will be more fun! lol

VH1 is my favorite channel. I can find all the show that I want in there. What's hip and what's hot in town. I don't have time to watch tv at all but since Im recording all my favorite shows I catchup during my free time, it's funny because my daughter is hooked to VH1 as well before it was disney channel and now she loves to sit beside me and just be lazy all weekend while we watch our shows. VH1 ROCKS!

During work, all of a sudden I feel uncomfortable because I have this annoying headache. I don't know what happened but it's not fun at all! Im forced to smile while talking to clients since I don't have any choice at all. I keep on drinking bunch of glass of water since it's really irritating me, I dunno if I have migraine or what but oh boy it's really bugging me. Up to know Im suffering from this silly headached, Im planning to take some aspirins I hope it will go away soon or else I'll just bang my head on the wall, maybe NOT! lmao

Yeah it's Monday indeed, I went to work at 10am so I got the chance to sleep longer. It was freezing outside, glad I brought my coat with me I almost forgot it though. It was crazy we are all toxic, we have bunch of clients since it's Monday but all of a sudden I messed up to work bigtime, I dunno why it's just Im not in myself today. It was crazy! I just hope I'll not get in trouble to my superior due to that. Im soooo looking forward for tomorrow to makeup for today, it was horrible. Im looking forward that I will do better this time, I should be or else Im screwed!

Oh well, Im praying that I'll have a good fun day tomorrow at work, less stress sana! Tata for now...

Today we have frost, this is what I fear especially when I have to drive. I remember last year that on our way to work me and hubby almost got into a accident since the road has ice, it's scary to think of that you know it's there and you can't avoid it.

They even scattered salt in the road but still it's useless. I hope this year will be different less accident and everybody will be safe. I can't wait to play in the snow though hehehe.

Lately, I've been practicing my skills "kuno" in baking. The first time I bake is when I was still in pee-eye and oh boy it's turned out like a rubber, nobody dare to eat it lolz. My friend from work is patiently guiding me on how to do those things she even shared her timeless recipe so will start from there, I haven't tried it yet hopefully it will turn out good, since hubby will be my official taste tester lol... oh well goodluck to mwah........ lmao

My daughter loves to goof around and today we end up having a pillow fight. That was the most hilarious thing that we did. We can't help but laugh while we hit each other with those king size pillows and my son joined the club. It was fun to be a kid sometimes.

Hubby is being cracked up because we are all acting like 9 years old but it's fun so what can we do hehe. My braty side is coming out so we ended up to a pillow fight. He should be thankful that we did not dare to have food fight. That will be sweet! lmao

Hubby love this show. We have to cuddle up in the couch when Greys Anatomy is on. It has all the lifes drama and Sandra is funny sometimes in this show. It reminds me of ER wayback in pee-eye.

Lately they have intresting episode lined up since the characters and the scenes are being mix so it will be very intresting to see...

After being hooked to Quiznos for quite a while now Im enjoying new brand of subs lol, it's SUBWAY! I eat subway subs everyday from their original sub to tuna sandwich, plus they have white chocolate chip macademia cookie that I really like. It's healthy since they serve it fresh.

This is the easiest meal I could think of during my lunch break.

It's been a while since I watch any filshows we don't have any TFC because I hardly watch tv since I started working don't have time but sometimes I miss watching them thanks to bes for sharing a lot of filshows through youtube.com it's really funny how technology goes.

I've been cooking some filipino foods because we don't have any filresto near the area. I just cooked bicol express and hubby love it! It's funny because sometimes he will ask me to cook it again. I love bicol express and I miss eating it, so I just cook it here in the house because I cannot find it anywhere lol.

Here's the ingredients:

1/2 kg elongated green chillies julienned (you can use a slightly milder substitute, try the serrano or jabanero) 200 g shrimp paste (The Thai version is not a substitute as it is very pungent and totally overpowering. Filipino shrimp) 4 garlic cloves, minced 1 whole onion, chopped 1/2 kg pork, cut into tiny pieces (use the hips or pork butt) 1/2 kg plum tomatoes, chopped 4 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 cup thick coconut milk (the light version can be pretty bland) In a pan or a wok, sauté garlic, onion, and tomatoes in oil. When onion is slightly cooked, add pork. Fry the mixture for 2 minutes until pork turned a little brown, and then add 1/2 cup of water. Boil until water is almost gone and pork is completely cooked. Then add shrimp paste. Add chilies. Pour in the coconut milk, keep stirring. Simmer until mixture is dry. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot with rice.
